Pillow Suffocation!

A hairy jock arrives to his motel room after a long day out, but he is unaware of a killer who creeps up behind him and begins to strangle him with a tie, after he is knocked out he is put in the bed where is stripped down to his underwear, then, he is suffocated with a pillow until he stops moving.
